UAE | Construction Industry | Full-Time

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Officer to join our growing construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have solid HR and visa processing experience and should be familiar with handling employees in a construction environment.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in HR within the construction industry
• Knowledgeable in UAE visa processing and labor procedures
• Familiar with MOHRE, Immigration, Medical, Emirates ID, Labor Card, and Visa Renewal/Cancellation processes
• Must have experience handling a large number of employees and site workers
• Knowledge in attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation
• Can coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns, joining formalities, and company policies
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and other employee-related documentation
• Coordinate with PRO and government authorities for employee requirements
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee status
• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and mobilization of workers
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company procedures
