Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer with proven UAE experience to support our Spa HR operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruitment, visa processing, annual leave payroll, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate visa and labor card processing in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Maintain accurate records of employee leaves (annual, sick, unpaid)
- Calculate and process annual leave payroll in line with company policy and UAE labor law
- Update and manage HRIS/HRMS systems with employee data
- Support employee relations and respond to HR queries professionally
- Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and external agencies as required
Requirements:
- Male – Any Nationality
- Minimum 2 years UAE HR experience, preferably in the spa or salon industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HR compliance
- Experience in recruitment, visa processing, and leave payroll
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
