HR Officer – People & Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with business leaders and drive HR initiatives that support growth, performance excellence, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to departmental leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition plans.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
• Advise on employee relations, HR policy interpretation, and compliance with labor laws.
• Support learning & development initiatives and build capability frameworks.
• Deliver HR analytics and insights to guide decision making.
• Partner in change management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or export-oriented industries.
• Proven experience as an HRBP, HR generalist, or HR consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite.

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
