Job Title: HR Officer – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized HR Officer to support our growing real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations. This role plays a key part in onboarding new staff, managing employee files, supporting management with workforce planning, and helping maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, salary certificates, NOCs, and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave requests, and employee schedules using designated HR systems.
• Handle employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions.
• Assist in developing HR policies, performance evaluations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Coordinate staff training, development initiatives, and company events.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee updates.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and UAE Labour Law.
• Assist management with manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR within the UAE, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
