Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Officer with PRO experience to manage HR operations while handling all government-related processes. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain smooth coordination with government authorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Handle payroll coordination and leave management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
- Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures
PRO (Public Relations Officer) Duties
- Process employment visas, labor contracts, Emirates ID, medical tests, and renewals
- Handle company trade license renewals and related documentation
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other government entities
- Manage WPS compliance and labor quota requirements
- Maintain tracking of visa expiry and renewal timelines
- Coordinate document attestation and notarization when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Proven experience as a PRO handling government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, Free Zone portals)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Good Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
Preferred
- Experience in industrial or trading companies
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software
- Immediate availability
