Role & responsibilities Position: HR Officer/Executive TA & Onboarding (70%) + General HR (30%)
Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
Role Overview:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions to meet organizational staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Also handles general HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Conduct candidate assessments and background checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Manage HR metrics, reporting, and audits.
- Assist new hires during onboarding and induction processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance.
- Support employee engagement and learning & development activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle employee relations and grievances.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA in HR
- 1-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Indian corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and HR best practices. Strong exposure to Corporate & Sales recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
- Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals, networking).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
