HR Officer/Executive

Role & responsibilities Position: HR Officer/Executive TA & Onboarding (70%) + General HR (30%)

Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad

Role Overview:

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across functions to meet organizational staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. Also handles general HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviewing, and offer roll-out.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Manage HR metrics, reporting, and audits.
  • Assist new hires during onboarding and induction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance.
  • Support employee engagement and learning & development activities.
  • Assist in performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Handle employee relations and grievances.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA in HR
  • 1-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Indian corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and HR best practices. Strong exposure to Corporate & Sales recruitment.
  • Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills (job portals, social media, referrals, networking).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
