Long-Lewis is looking for an entry-level, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to help our new team members have a smooth and welcoming start! In this role, you’ll support the onboarding process — from preparing paperwork to helping new hires feel comfortable and informed on their first days. You’ll play an important part in creating a positive first impression and helping our team grow successfully.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires across multiple locations
  • Help prepare and organize new hire paperwork and employee files
  • Communicate important information about company policies and benefits
  • Ensure forms and documentation are accurate and complete
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care
  • Assist with general HR and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience or coursework in HR, administration, or customer service (a plus, but not required!)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy helping others
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to stay organized and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
