Role Overview:
The HR Operations professional will be responsible for managing and streamlining all core HR processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the employee lifecycle. This role is pivotal in supporting our growing workforce, ensuring compliance, and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, HRIS updates, contracts, and personnel files.
- Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate new hire documentation, induction, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
- Support appraisal cycles, maintain performance data, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational needs.
- Generate reports on headcount, attrition, attendance, and other key HR metrics for management review.
- Partner with business leaders to address employee queries, resolve grievances, and drive HR best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of HR Operations experience (real estate/infra industry experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
