BNC has been mandated to recruit an HR Operations professional for an exciting Hybrid role based in Delhi NCR & Gurugram.

Position: HR Operations
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Delhi NCR / Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations
• Mandatory expertise in GreytHR (end-to-end handling)
• Sound knowledge of HR processes including payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, compliance, and employee records
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Requirements:

• Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR / Gurugram
• Professionals with proven HR Ops experience and strong HRMS exposure
