Human Resources:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Support training, development, and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Prepare HR letters, maintain compliance with UAE labour laws, and handle HR documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related queries and HR support.

Administration:

  • Oversee paperwork related to developer and agency registrations.
  • Manage invoicing, record keeping, and renewal of licenses or contracts.
  • Coordinate PRO-related work including visas, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage travel bookings, meeting coordination, and daily office administration.
  • Liaise with developers, partners, and external stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Support management with day-to-day operational requirements and follow-ups.
