Job Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Operations and Analytics Specialist to join our HR team. This role combines operational expertise with a strategic approach to data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of processes and a proactive attitude toward leveraging analytics to enhance people strategies and optimize performance.

You will play a dual role: first, to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations, and second, to derive actionable insights through metrics and data. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and data analytics.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage and oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
  • Ensure all HR operational processes align with company policies, industry best practices, and legal regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits administration, and process escalations.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and up-to-date records.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency of HR operations, identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and HR business partners to ensure smooth execution of workforce planning, hiring, and mobility activities.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with all local and regional employment laws.

HR Analytics

  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports, dashboards, and meaningful insights into HR performance metrics (e.g., attrition, retention, headcount, employee engagement, etc.).
  • Collect, analyze, and present employee data to HR leadership to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and root causes for HR challenges (e.g., turnover, absenteeism) and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Build predictive models to track and forecast human resources metrics to better inform workforce decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with management to identify analytics-driven opportunities to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct employee pulse surveys, compensation benchmarking, and other studies to assess organizational health.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR analytics tools and their integration with HRIS systems.
