Responsibility:
- Cross-verify salary and benefits vouchers along with financial summaries before forwarding them to Finance for payment processing.
- Manage Chinese expatriates’ per diem payments and ensure timely processing and disbursement.
- Handle travel reimbursement claims for Chinese expatriates.
- Ensure smooth processing of layoffs and full & final settlements for NMS employees in accordance with company plans and payment procedures.
- Manage EOBI and PESSI payments, employee enrollments, card issuance, and ration card processing.
- Process and coordinate WWB grant applications and related documentation.
- Handle full & final settlement processing for management employees.
- Conduct employee turnover analysis based on exit data and provide relevant insights.
- Process monthly communication bills in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain strong proficiency in Power BI dashboards to prepare and present monthly financial analysis reports.
- Possess working knowledge of basic AI tools and their practical applications.
- Conduct monthly HR cost variance analysis and provide detailed reporting.
- Responsible for preparing monthly PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for management review meetings
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA HRM
- 02 to 03 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge communication skills
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs105,000.00 per hour
