HR & Operations Coordinator (Action Exteriors Franchise – East Dallas)
Location: Rockwall, Mesquite, Garland, DFW Area
Action Exteriors, a fast-growing roofing franchise, is scaling into East Dallas—covering the territories of Rockwall, Mesquite, and Garland.
We’re seeking an experienced HR & Operations Coordinator to join us and play a critical role in building this new branch.
This is a leadership opportunity for a driven HR professional who will help shape the foundation of our East Dallas operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding across all roles, including sales, project management, and operational staff
Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits, using QuickBooks and integrating with Housecall Pro
Handle Xactimate estimates and supplement coordination for insurance claims, ensuring timely follow-up and approvals
Oversee operational tasks like job order processing, material coordination, and invoicing
Ensure compliance with HR best practices, payroll accuracy, and employment law
Use Housecall Pro for scheduling, dispatch, and customer management workflows Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including payroll, invoicing, and expenses Partner closely with ownership and sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and culture as we scale
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of HR and/or operations experience in roofing, construction, or insurance industries
Hands-on experience with Housecall Pro, Xactimate, QuickBooks, and payroll systems
Strong knowledge of insurance claims, supplements, and roofing sales workflows
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with HR compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
Ability to work independently, coordinate across teams, and adapt to a growing franchise environment
