We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations & Employee Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage core HR operational functions and enhance employee experience activities. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes, maintain accurate HR systems and records, support attendance and performance tracking, and handle employee relations tasks to foster a strong workplace culture. (Female & Immediate joiners Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, regular, and monthly attendance and related adjustments for allowance & payroll.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance sheets for all employees and agents.
- Update and maintain HR records, including current and ex-employee data (both soft and hard copies)
- Conduct monthly performance meetings for sales agents.
- Prepare performance reports (shift-wise, individual, team).
- Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.• Coordinate monthly appreciation and engagement activities (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Maintain shared drives and HR documents.
- Coordinate health insurance administration.
- Support onboarding/offboarding documentation as needed.
- Communicate HR updates to internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, accounts, team leads).
- Update relevant personnel on new joiners/exits via shared trackers.
- Support hiring and recruitment handoff with the Recruitment Team.
- Actively support overall HR Operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR operations experience, particularly in attendance, performance management, and documentation.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
