We are hiring an HR & Operations Executive to support compliance, documentation, and day-to-day people operations in Navi Mumbai. The role involves maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring statutory and internal compliance, coordinating branch documentation, and supporting operational processes across locations.

CARECRES Services India Pvt. Ltd. is a growing facility management company committed to service excellence and operational discipline. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to strengthen compliance processes and maintain smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all employee documentation, including onboarding forms, ID proofs, contracts, and compliance records.
- Ensure timely collection and filing of branch-level documents such as attendance sheets, material registers, checklists, and monthly reports.
- Track statutory compliance documentation for employees (PF, ESIC, bank details, joining forms, etc.) and coordinate with vendors/teams when required.
- Support monthly payroll inputs through accurate attendance, leave, and compliance data submissions.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audits and client reviews.
- Coordinate with branches to ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents (attendance, HK checklists, pest logs, MSDS updates, etc.).
- Prepare and update internal trackers, MIS reports, and compliance dashboards.
- Assist HR in drafting letters (offer, appointment, warning, relieving) and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Follow up with internal teams, supervisors, and branch staff to close compliance gaps and ensure adherence to processes.
- Support recruitment documentation and onboarding formalities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, compliance, or operations preferred (freshers with strong documentation skills may apply).
- Strong ability to maintain records and manage high-volume documentation.
- Good communication and follow-up skills; strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in-person, 5.5 days a week in Navi Mumbai.
