Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Operations Executive with strong experience in managing end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced environment (preferably E-Commerce/Retail/Logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding, documentation & HRMS updates
• Attendance, leave & payroll input management
• HR letters, employee records & compliance support
• ESIC, PF, PT, Gratuity & labour law coordination
• Exit formalities & F&F support
• MIS reports, HR dashboards & data management

Requirements:

• 3 years of HR Operations experience
• Good knowledge of statutory compliance
• Strong Excel & documentation skills
• Experience managing large workforce volumes is an added advantage
