Job Summary:

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and proactive HR & Operations Executive who can efficiently handle HR functions along with day-to-day operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-oriented, and capable of managing both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, leaves, and holidays.
  • Manage leave policies, holiday calendars, and salary structure coordination.
  • Support payroll-related activities and coordination with accounts/management.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and internal processes.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Attend and manage client meetings whenever required.
  • Coordinate between management, employees, and clients for smooth operations.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting.

Student Engagement:

  • Engage with students regarding admission-related queries.
  • Provide clear information about courses, processes, and support services.
  • Maintain follow-ups and coordination with the academic/operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and payroll processes.

Preferred Traits:

  • Young, energetic, and adaptable personality.
  • Client-handling and student-counselling experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to attend meetings and take responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
