Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive from the Food Manufacturing / Bakery industry having 2/3 yrs of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities and support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee management, payroll, compliance, and operational coordination to ensure efficiency in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, statutory requirements of Food manufacturing industry.
• Support in drafting and implementing HR policies & procedures.
• Coordinate with management for daily operations & administrative tasks.
• Vendor & office management, ensuring smooth operational workflow.
• Support in training & development programs, performance evaluations.
• Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee office supplies, logistics, and facility management.
• Support in other operational work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR and Operations role.
• Mandatory industry experience: Food manufacturing / Bakery industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, compliance, and labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and reporting tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Male candidates preferred (due to local operational requirements).
