HR Operations Executive/Specialist

Job Location:
Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Experience: 3-6 years

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Administration
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (HRIS).
  • Support employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Manage documentation and ensure accurate HR data for audits and reporting.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining compensation and benefits documentation.
2. Payroll & Benefits Management
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on payroll and compliance matters.
  • Administer employee benefits, including insurance and incentive programs.
3. Compliance & Policy Support
  • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Assist with internal and external HR audits and statutory filings.
  • Work with compliance officers to maintain up-to-date documentation and practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
4. Employee Support & Engagement
  • Respond to employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and wellness activities.
5. Operational Excellence
  • Collaborate with teams to improve HR processes and streamline workflows.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on HR metrics and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency in HR systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience using HRMS/HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement.
