We are seeking a versatile, organized, and proactive HR & Operations Generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and office environment. This role is the backbone of the organization, ensuring that our policies are current, our team is paid accurately, and our office culture is vibrant and professional. The ideal candidate is a "people person" who also possesses a high level of attention to detail for administrative and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources & Compliance

  • Policy Management: Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook and Company Policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company values.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the full cycle of employee entrance and exit, including contracts, equipment setup, and orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing: Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial phone screenings to identify top-tier talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
  • Offer Management: Assist in drafting offer letters and conducting background checks.

3. Payroll & Benefits Execution

  • Salary Execution: Coordinate with finance/accounting to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • Data Management: Maintain digital employee records (attendance, leave balances, and bonus structures).
  • Benefits Admin: Oversee health insurance enrollments and other company-sponsored perks.

4. Office Administration & Operations

  • Facilities Management: Ensure the office is well-stocked, organized, and functioning (managing vendors, cleaners, and repairs).
  • Admin Support: Handle basic document filing, official correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives.

5. Culture & Event Management

  • Event Planning: Conceptualize and execute monthly office events, team-building retreats, and holiday parties.
  • Internal Comms: Draft company-wide announcements to keep the team engaged and informed.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Office Management role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
