Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, exit, transfers, and promotions.
- Draft, update, and enforce company policies; ensure adherence to workplace discipline & decorum.
- Manage payroll, benefits, attendance & leave management with complete statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and updated HRIS data & MIS reports for decision-making; track metrics like attrition, headcount, performance, and engagement scores.
- Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategy with business objectives, identify areas for process automation & efficiency improvement.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, appraisals, feedback sessions, and training programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives—recognition programs, wellness activities, and culture-building events.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and retention planning to reduce turnover and improve satisfaction.
- Resolve employee grievances, ensure adherence to HR policies, and foster a transparent workplace.
- Manage PIP cases, warnings, no call–no show, absconding, and disciplinary terminations.
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and employee relations with fairness and transparency.
Knowledge & Experience
- Education: Master’s in HR / MBA or related field
- Experience: 2+ years in HR Operations, HRBP, or Generalist roles
- Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate with cross-functional teams
