Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship in our office. In this role, you will support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring accurate documentation, employee data management, and administrative support.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a professional engineering consultancy environment.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Help organize and maintain HR documentation (contracts, files)

Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and employee data

Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, follow-ups)

Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards

What You Will Learn

Basics of HR systems and data management

Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

No prior experience required (training will be provided)
