Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Operations Manager to oversee the human resources and operational functions of our practice. This pivotal role blends HR expertise with strategic operational management, ensuring that both our staff and providers have the support and resources they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Oversee full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee recordkeeping.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and staff on HR-related matters.

Operations Management:

  • Coordinate provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging with hospitals and insurance networks.
  • Administer access to insurance panels, contracts, and other critical operational resources.
  • Lead initiatives related to practice quality programs, including MIPS and other incentive participation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize administrative workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between providers and staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR and operations experience in a healthcare setting, preferably cardiology or specialty practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of provider credentialing, insurance processes, MIPS, and other quality programs.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with EPIC EHR and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,116.90 - $95,000.00 per year
