as HR Manager
- Manage visa processing, renewals, and related applications with DMCC, DHCA, MOHRE, and other relevant authorities.
- Develop, implement, and update HR strategies, policies, procedures, and the employee handbook in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Prepare offer letter, contract, confidentiality agreement or amendment of contract, salary certificate as needed.
- Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, and compensation structures in collaboration with Finance.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, employee contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, policy interpretation, and workplace support.
- Act as primary point of contract for banks for employee verification.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
- Attend UAE labor law and immigration-related seminars, workshops, and training to remain updated on regulatory changes.
- Manage WPS, ensuring accurate records of employee bank details, salary, other employee details.
- Ensure smooth work relationship of staff in the organization
- Manage staff schedule; regular schedule, during Ramadan or holidays.
- Any adhoc requests from management
as Operations Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient workflows and coordination across all departments.
- Supervise administrative and operational staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare, review, and manage business agreements, including service contracts, supplier agreements, and employment-related documents in coordination with HR and Finance.
- Manage trade license, establishment card, and DHA facility and professional license renewals, ensuring timely compliance.
- Manage inspection during trade license renewal
- Coordinate with Medical directors any matters relevant to operation.
- Supervise and oversee all applications to DMCC, DHCA, DED, and other relevant authorities for company services, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely approvals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, health, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor operational performance and provide regular feedback to staff
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison with DMCC, DHCA, DED, and Concordia DMCC, and other relevant authorities for operational and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Management to ensure alignment.
- Ensure that all company facilities and office spaces are properly maintained, organized, and fully operational.
- Any adhoc requests from management
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge and practical experience in UAE Labor Law
- Experience working in hospital, clinic or medical laboratory is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with DMCC, DED, and DHCC regulations and processes is highly preferred
- Immediately available candidates are preferred
- Accounting or finance background is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
