HR Operations Manager - BAAN Holding بان القابضة

BAAN Holding بان القابضة is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position. The HR Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes managing HR systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and providing support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• Administer employee benefits programmes.
• Develop and deliver HR training programmes.
• Manage HR data and analytics, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Manage and mentor the HR Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR Operations Management role, ideally within a multinational organisation.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law.
