The Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager / People Leader to lead all people-related functions across a large, hourly workforce. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent years working in environments with shift-based employees and understands the realities of frontline operations.
This role is responsible for HR execution, employee relations, compliance, and operational support — not just policy writing. You will work closely with senior leadership and operations management to ensure the business is staffed, compliant, and running smoothly.
