Pay: $4,750/month base + up to $1,500 KPI bonus (Max $75K/year)

Role Purpose
Run HR so it works without the owner. Hire fast, train well, pay right, support staff, and build a people-first culture in a growing restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
- Hiring → Collect requests, post jobs, move candidates
- Payroll & Compliance → Set up pay, track hours, keep forms legal
- Training & Onboarding → Make sure new hires learn and pass training
- Employee Support → Process PTO, handle problems, log requests
- Staff Growth → Track performance, rewards, and promotions
- Reporting → Share weekly/monthly updates on payroll, turnover, and training
Job Requirements
- Experience → HR background in hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance
- Problem-Solving → Prioritize and fix issues independently
- Communication → Clear with staff, managers, and interviews
- References → Strong work history with reliable references
- Tech Skills → HR tools (Monday.com a plus)
- Compliance → Must pass background check
- Onsite Work → Must work in-office daily (Greenville, NC)
KPI Bonus (Up to $1,500/month)
Earn monthly bonus by hitting 5 key KPIs (weighted by impact):
- Hire Speed → Fill jobs within 12 days ($400)
- Training Completion → 95%+ of new hires finish onboarding ($300)
- Payroll Accuracy → Payroll 99%+ error-free ($400)
- Retention → 85%+ of new hires stay 3+ months ($250)
- Issue Resolution → 90%+ staff requests solved in 3 days ($150)
