HR & Operations Manager – Transport & Heavy Equipment

We are seeking a strong, field-oriented HR & Operations Manager with direct experience in transport or heavy equipment companies.This role is not an office-only HR position. The candidate must be comfortable managing drivers, operators, yard staff, and site-based workforce with strict discipline and accountability.
