HR Operations Specialist (Tamheer)

Job Description

We are looking for a fresh graduate to join our HR team as an HR Operations Specialist under the Tamheer Program. The role focuses on supporting daily HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and data

  • Assist in preparing regular HR reports

  • Coordinate internally on HR administrative matters

  • Support organizing and improving HR processes and documentation

  • Provide coordination and support for initiatives aimed at increasing Saudization rates

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field)

  • Eligible for Tamheer Program

  • Good communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
