Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Receiving papers related to new hires to the factory and confirmations of receipt of work (employment contract - Form 1 - bank account opening form - fingerprinting).

Follow up on attendance and vacations of employees at the factory through fingerprinting and send periodic reports to management.

Preparing resignation procedures for resigned employees and sending them to the HR department.

Follow up with the line managers on the probation period for the new hires.

Distributing bank account cards and medical care cards to the new employees.
-
Paying salaries to new employees within the factory.

Follow up on employees’ needs (accommodation, statements, and any inquiries related to the human resources department)

Conduct end-of-service interviews for the employees to find out the reasons for resignation by using the end-of-service interview form.

Preparing a periodic report on the factory’s need for vacant positions according to resignations.

Signature of all site employees on job description cards.

Conduct the investigations in the event of an incident.
-
Submit a report of any incident occurring inside the factory.
-
Responsible for the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
-
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
-
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
-
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.

Use data to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes.
-
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration
-
Minimum 5 years of related experience in FMCG.
-
Experience in Recruitment, Social Insurance, Labor Offices and Governmental Associations

Excellent project management skills to manage own projects and tasks.

High supervisory and leadership skills.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills, Effective Negotiation Skills.

Excellent Command of MS Office (Excel-word-PowerPoint).

Excellent Command of English Language.

Labor Law Training or workshop.
-
At least 5 years of Experience in Personnel Activities.
