- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job openings on job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms. Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other creative channels.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely feedback and follow-up with candidates.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the pre-employment process including background checks, reference checks, and offer letters.
- Administration :Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining HR files.
