Job Description: HR (With over 3 Years of experience in IT Hiring)

Location: Remote - Part-time

Job Role:

As an HR at Brototype, your primary responsibility isto conduct mock interviews with our students to assesstheir skills to reasoning to the question, communication, problem solving skills, ability to work in a team. Each review session will last a minimum of 30 minutes.

Your role involves the following key responsibilities:

● Lead the Mock Interview: You will facilitate the mock interview session withthe

student.

● Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer feedback to the student on their

performance, highlighting areas for improvement if necessary.

● Backlog for Students: If a student does not meet the required standards during

the interview, you will provide them with a backlog, granting them anadditional

week for preparation before re-evaluation.

● Submit Feedback: After each online interview, you are responsible for

submitting your feedback through our web portal, where you will grade the

student's performance.

● Meeting Platform: Interviews will be conducted using Google Meet for ease of

communication.
