HR Payroll and Compliance Manager

*Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timelines.

* Manage PF, ESIC, PT calculations, challan preparation & filing.

* Ensure compliance with statutory laws and government regulations.

* Responsible for new employee account creation and KYC documentation.

* Create and update salary structures as per company policies.

* Maintain and implement HR & payroll policies related to compensation.

* Respond to employee queries related to salary, deductions, and taxes .

* Ensure timely submission of returns & payments to respective authorities.

* Assist in audit documentation and statutory inspections .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
