Job Title: HR & Payroll Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and personal data for payroll purposes.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and labour laws.
- Handle periodic filings and returns (PF/ESIC/PT) and liaise with government departments for timely submission.
- Generate salary slips, full & final settlements, bonus, and gratuity calculations.
- Assist in audits and inspections related to HR statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for compliance-related documentation and verification.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR and payroll-related operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and hands-on experience with related processes and portals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., Nway HRMs, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration(Preferred), or a related field.
