Post- Payroll & Compliances Executive

Education:- Any Graduate/Postgraduate

Experience- 3 Years to 5 Years preferably in Service Sector

JD:-

Payroll Processing

· Process monthly/bi-weekly payroll for employees in accordance with company policies

· Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, social security, etc., as applicable)

· Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation accurately

· Coordinate with HR for attendance, leave, new hires, exits, and salary revisions

· Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies

· Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and management summaries

· Manage full and final settlements for resigned or terminated employees

· Support internal and external audits related to payroll

· Ensure data confidentiality and secure handling of payroll information

Compliance Submission to Customers

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliance documents to customers as per requirements
  • Understanding of customer-specific compliance requirements
  • Compile and verify compliance records related to PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Minimum Wages, Salary & wages and insurance as per customer requirements or as per check list.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance documents before submission to customers.
  • Maintain customer-wise compliance submission trackers and records
  • Coordinate with payroll, accounts, and Project teams to collect required data
  • Respond to customer queries and clarifications related to compliance submissions
  • Ensure compliance submissions meet customer audit requirements
  • Support customer audits by providing timely and accurate compliance documentation
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to document control procedures
  • Close customer observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented

ISO Documentations and Audit Management

  • Handle ISO internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance
  • Prepare and maintain ISO-related HR documentation, SOPs, policies, and records
  • Close non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure document control and record retention as per ISO requirements
