Position Title: HR Payroll Executive

Department: HR / Compliance

Reporting To: HR Manager / Compliance Head

Location: Okhla Phase 1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Monthly computation of salaries, wages, incentives, and deductions.
  • Validation of attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
  • Preparation of salary registers and payslips.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Calculation and generation of PF & ESIC Challans on a monthly basis.
  • Filing of Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) returns as per state laws..
  • Employee KYC & Database Management
  • Maintain accurate employee records with updated KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, Bank, UAN, ESIC details).
  • Assist new employees in completing PF & ESIC registrations.
  • Online Claims & Withdrawals
  • Handle online filing of PF/ESIC claims, withdrawals, and transfer requests.
  • Coordinate with employees and statutory authorities for query resolution.
  • Qualifications:
  • Graduate
  • 1–3 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance preferred.
  • Salary - 25k to 30k
