Position - HR & Payroll Officer – Insurance Administration

Location: Al Quoz ,Dubai

Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Joinery

We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Officer with Insurance Administration experience to manage HR operations, payroll processing, employee benefits, medical insurance coordination, and employee records for our Dubai operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE HR administration experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processing, WPS, insurance management, and employee relations within the construction/interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and medical appointments.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and timesheets.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Payroll Administration

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Prepare WPS files and coordinate salary transfers.
  • Verify attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation.
  • Prepare payroll reports and salary statements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.

Insurance Administration

  • Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and employees regarding medical claims and policy issues.
  • Maintain insurance records and policy documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing of insurance-related requests.
  • Assist employees with insurance claims and approvals.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

  • Have you worked in construction or interior fit-out industry?
  • Do you have minimum 3 years UAE HR & Payroll experience?

Experience:

  • UAE HR & Payroll: 3 years (Required)
  • medical insurance claims and approvals: 3 years (Preferred)
  • UAE Labour Law and HR compliance procedures: 2 years (Required)
