We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to support our human resources department. The ideal candidate will handle employee relations, Payroll and HR administrative functions while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and documentation
- Coordinate with hiring team to fulfill manpower requirements in a timely manner
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in line with company procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for staff and labor
- Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and overtime records with client and the location supervisors.
- Monitor workforce attendance, leaves, and overall HR data accuracy
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
- Collaborate with finance and site teams to ensure smooth HR operations
- Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for internal review
- Provide day-to-day HR support and handle employee queries
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2– 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the UAE)
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
