We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Performance & Care Global HR Business Team. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, international environment and the opportunity to contribute to core HR activities, including administrative coordination, data analysis, and content development. Based on his/her interest, the intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different HR teams (such as Recruitment, F&I, etc.), helping to broaden their overall understanding of HR.

Provide administrative support to the Performance & Care Global HR Business Team
Assist with HR data analysis, reporting, and data quality checks
Support the preparation of presentations and materials (PowerPoint)
Contribute to internal documentation and communication efforts
Perform translation tasks (as needed)
Support ad hoc HR projects and operational activities

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word required)

Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Team-oriented with an open-minded approach
Exposure to multicultural or international environments
French language skills would be a plus (useful for translation tasks)
