Position Overview

This role blends strategic people leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll lead recruiting, onboarding, training, uniforms, and HR compliance while cultivating a polished, high-performance, startup-driven culture aligned with a luxury brand.

What You’ll Do

Build Exceptional Teams

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate, development, and project-based roles
  • Attract top-tier talent aligned with Star Life Group’s vision, pace, and aesthetic
  • Partner with leadership to scale teams intentionally as projects and portfolio grow

Create a Standout Employee Experience

  • Design onboarding experiences that feel premium, personal, and inspiring
  • Develop training programs that support excellence, accountability, and growth
  • Ensure employees feel empowered, supported, and connected to the brand

Shape Culture & Leadership

  • Define and champion company values, behaviors, and culture initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and team members
  • Support performance management, feedback, recognition, and professional development

Maintain a Luxury Brand Standard

  • Oversee uniforms and professional appearance standards across offices and project sites
  • Ensure all people-facing elements reflect Star Life Group’s luxury positioning

Run Smart, Compliant HR Operations

  • Own HR policies, documentation, and compliance across employment laws
  • Manage employee records, internal processes, and people systems
  • Navigate employee relations with discretion, clarity, and care

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People & Culture roles
  • Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred
  • Background in real estate, development, construction, hospitality, or luxury brands is a plus
  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Confident communicator with a high standard for quality and professionalism
  • Ability to balance creativity, structure, and execution
