HR – People & Culture Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support the next phase of our people strategy and strengthen a high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy and people culture initiatives
• Develop balanced HR policies and systems
• Support talent management and workforce planning
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• Implement KPI and performance management systems
• Ensure UAE labor law compliance
• Support leadership with people decisions
• Improve employee engagement and communication

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
• Experience in talent management and performance management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• UAE experience preferred
