HR Policy & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our client’s HR team and lead on policy, compliance, and legal advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and update HR policies aligned with Dubai Government regulations

* Conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas

* Provide legal HR advice and ensure adherence to labor laws

* Manage employee grievances and represent HR before the Central Grievance Committee

Requirements:

* 5–7 years of HR policy, compliance, or legal advisory experience in Dubai

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

* Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory

* Strong knowledge of Dubai labor laws

* Skilled in policy drafting, audits, and grievance handling
