HR Practice Administrator

Orthodontic & Pediatric Dental Practice
Washington, DC & Stafford, VA
Full-Time | Multi-Location Leadership Role

We are a growing, multi-location Private Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental organization seeking an experienced HR Practice Administrator to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across our Washington, DC orthodontic location and our combined Pediatric & Orthodontic practice location in Stafford, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between ownership and our Office Managers, ensuring that policies, procedures, and HR systems are aligned, compliant, and consistently executed.

Position Overview

The HR Practice Administrator will oversee and support all human resources functions across both locations, while partnering closely with Office Managers to ensure day-to-day policies and procedures remain symbiotic and standardized.

Although third-party vendors administer our health insurance and 401(k) plans, this role is responsible for internal oversight, funding coordination, contribution accuracy, and timely compliance.

This position requires travel between our Washington, DC and Stafford, VA offices.

  • Ensure consistency in HR policies, employee handbook enforcement, and operational procedures
  • Partner with Office Managers to support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience working with payroll systems and benefits administration oversight
  • Ability to travel between Washington, DC and Stafford, VA

Ideal Candidate Profile
