HR & PRO Officer – Dubai

We're looking for an experienced HR & PRO professional to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of HR experience with a strong PRO background
  • Hands-on experience with UAE government portals: MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, DHA, DED, and Municipality
  • Payroll processing, leave and attendance monitoring, employee relations etc
  • Proficient in visa processing, work permits, labour contracts, and Emirates ID renewals
  • Experience in trade licence renewals, amendments, and new company registrations
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Mainland/Freezone regulations
  • Valid UAE driving licence with own car (mandatory)
  • Based in Dubai

What You'll Do

  • Handle all PRO activities — visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
  • Manage trade licence renewals, amendments, activity additions, and ownership changes
  • Payroll, leave and attendance monitoring, employee grievances etc
  • Liaise with DED, free zone authorities, and relevant government bodies for all licensing matters
  • Coordinate with typing centres, notaries, and embassies as required
  • Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws
  • Oversee HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee relations
  • Drive to government offices, embassies, and company sites as required

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
