HR & PRO Officer – Dubai
We're looking for an experienced HR & PRO professional to join our team in Dubai.
Key Requirements
- 3–5+ years of HR experience with a strong PRO background
- Hands-on experience with UAE government portals: MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, DHA, DED, and Municipality
- Payroll processing, leave and attendance monitoring, employee relations etc
- Proficient in visa processing, work permits, labour contracts, and Emirates ID renewals
- Experience in trade licence renewals, amendments, and new company registrations
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Mainland/Freezone regulations
- Valid UAE driving licence with own car (mandatory)
- Based in Dubai
What You'll Do
- Handle all PRO activities — visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
- Manage trade licence renewals, amendments, activity additions, and ownership changes
- Payroll, leave and attendance monitoring, employee grievances etc
- Liaise with DED, free zone authorities, and relevant government bodies for all licensing matters
- Coordinate with typing centres, notaries, and embassies as required
- Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws
- Oversee HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee relations
- Drive to government offices, embassies, and company sites as required
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
