The HR Process and Innovation Partner is responsible for driving the implementation and standardization of global HR initiatives, processes, and systems within the Americas region (North America and Latin America). Based in Houston, this role acts as a cultural translator, aligning company-wide strategies with local needs and practices. The position strengthens the regional HR presence by complimenting the local HR Business Partners in North and Latin America. A key focus for the next two years is the implementation and further development of OMICRON’s new HR system (Oracle HCM).

Drive the implementation and localization of global HR strategies and processes in North and Latin America.

Act as a cultural translator between global HR strategy and local requirements.

Provide regional feedback and contribute new ideas to the global HR team.
- Serve as a key user of Oracle HCM, supporting its development and maintenance in NA & LA, including training HR colleagues, managers, and employees.
- Develop and standardize HR processes using HCM and other tools to support HR Business Partners.
- Update local HR policies and guidelines (e.g., Employee Handbook) and ensure compliance with labor laws in respective countries.
- Implement and localize talent development and training programs in collaboration with local management and HR Business Partners.
- Support OMICRON’s employer branding and HR marketing initiatives to enhance its reputation as an attractive employer.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in HR process improvements and/or HR system implementations.

Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle HCM.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI is a plus.

Strong understanding of U.S. labor law and HR practices.

Knowledge of Canadian, Mexican, and/or Brazilian labor laws and HR practices is a plus.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese are valuable assets but not required.

Ability to travel to Europe and/or Latin America 1–3 times per year.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The job will generally be performed in an office environment but may require travel to visit a client’s office, production facility, or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location.
