HR Product Owner

Title: HR Product Owner
Location: Miami, FL 4 days a week onsite
Type: 6 month contract to hire

Job Details:

• The ideal fit is a Technical PO with SAP Success Factors exp who can also help document system designs, help with configurations , and also help with Testing
• 10+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems delivery
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms
• Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives
• This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise priorities, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
• Support and Execute against the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, case management, custom applications)
• 3-5+ years of people leadership or team oversight
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions
• Build strong partnerships with HR COEs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders
