HR Professional – Senior Living Communities
Location: Salina, KS

Join a compassionate and growing senior living organization dedicated to exceptional resident care! We are seeking a knowledgeable Human Resources Professional to support 120+ employees across four Kansas Assisted Living communities — with more on the way.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle hiring: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding
• Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records
• Support staff scheduling and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Kansas Assisted Living regulations and company policies
• Serve as a trusted resource for team members and leadership

What You Bring

• 3+ years of HR experience in a senior living, healthcare, or similar environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and foster a positive workplace culture
• Must reside in or near Salina, KS and be available to travel locally as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
