We're looking for a dynamic HR & Project Management Specialist who thrives in both people-focused work and operational execution. You'll own the full employee lifecycle while simultaneously driving cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery — a rare dual role for someone who loves both sides of the table.Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee performance review cycles
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies
• Coordinate training and development programs

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery
• Build and maintain project timelines and milestones
• Track budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate weekly stand-ups and stakeholder updates
• Maintain project documentation and post-mortems
• Drive process improvements across teams

Required

• 3+ years in HR generalist or HR operations
• 2+ years managing projects or programs
• Strong knowledge of employment law basics
• Proficiency in HRIS and project management tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• PMP, CAPM, or SHRM certification
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks
• Experience in a startup or scaling org
• Data-driven mindset with reporting skills

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HR & Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
