We are seeking a highly experienced HR / PRO Professional with at least 4 years of proven experience in HR operations, government relations, and employee communications. The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation, internal communication, employee processes, and all government-related tasks, ensuring full compliance with Dubai and UAE authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR documentation, employee files, onboarding, offboarding, and visa processes.
- Prepare and deliver HR communications, announcements, and policy updates.
- Handle all government-related procedures (MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, Immigration, Emirates ID, Free Zones, etc.).
- Coordinate with government authorities regarding visas, labor contracts, renewals, cancellations, and compliance matters.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of residency permits, work permits, Emirates ID, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with government departments and external agencies.
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement, and internal communication activities.
- Keep updated knowledge of changes in UAE labor laws and authority requirements.
- Prepare reports, logs, and documentation related to HR and PRO activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, PRO, government relations, or a combined HR/PRO role.
- Strong communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
- Arabic speaking preferred (English fluency required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR/government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must have full, thorough, and proven knowledge of Dubai and UAE authority regulations — this is the primary requirement for the role
