Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in the Dubai Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of real estate brokerage, the importance of high-caliber sales talent, and is deeply familiar with UAE Labor Law and Free Zone regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, specifically targeting high-performing real estate agents, leasing specialists, and support staff.
• Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires are trained on company culture, compliance, and systems immediately.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems tailored for commission-based sales roles.
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience specifically within the Dubai Real Estate Industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and RERA regulations regarding staff employment.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Location: Must currently reside in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
